In operation since 1916, Crankshaft Machine Company manufactures crankshaft and camshaft machine tools, transfer systems and gantry-type top loaders. Its equipment enables the production of forged or cast iron crankshafts and camshafts for the automotive industry.

Our company’s divisions focus on a variety of customers:

The Lindberg division designs and builds; custom hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, and rotary actuators.

Swisher Finishing Systems, another division, manufactures vertical, horizontal and custom grinding machines for resurfacing and sharpening applications. Swisher machines process a variety of materials including metals, plastics, glass and minerals. Users range from job shops and metallurgical laboratories to high volume, high precision production companies.

Our U.S. Broach division designs and builds; uptable vertical, single slide vertical, twin slide vertical, vertical pull down and horizontal continuous broaching machines. The company provides rebuild and retool services for most broaching machines regardless of the original manufacturer.

While Crankshaft Machine Company builds and rebuilds its own equipment, the company’s building and rebuilding capabilities extend beyond crankshaft and camshaft machines. It can rebuild any type of machine or turn-key system.
