On April 2, 2010 Avis Industrial Corporation completed the acquisition of IQL Corporation located in Louisville, Kentucky.IQL is a manufacturer of complex drive systems for the baggage handling and parcel industries. IQL also designs and fabricates carriages for the automotive industries. IQL comes with a long history of profitability and an excellent reputation in the marketplace. This new subsidiary has a very strong management team and will be expected to produce results in an industry that we feel is growing. IQL will begin immediately taking the lead role in representing itself and AI International to provide services from fabrication to installation.
